UPGRADED CAMERA

The Phantom 4 Pro camera is even better than the ones before it. The 1-inch 20-megapixel sensor is capable of shooting 4K/60fps video and Burst Mode stills at 14 fps. But even with the added features, the Phantom 4 Pro V2 is still light, making it similar in weight to the Phantom 4. The Flight Autonomy system has five directions of obstacle sensing and four directions of obstacle avoidance.

This camera has been engineered to be powerful, as powerful as most ground cameras. It’s the first DJI camera to use a special aperture which eliminates rolling shutter distortion, which can happen with fast moving subjects or when flying at high speeds. The Phantom 4 Pro V2 camera also has powerful video processing which supports H.264 4K videos at 60fps or H.265 4K at 30fps, both with a 100Mbps bitrate.

OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE

The DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2 has four way obstacle avoidance thanks to Flight Autonomy. The high-resolution stereo vision sensors placed in both the front and the back of the drone as well as infrared systems on the left and right sides gives the Phantom 4 Pro V2 five way sensing and four way obstacle avoidance. Meaning this drone is smarter than ever and that you don’t have to worry about your drone when getting the perfect shot.

ACTIVE TRACKING

The Phantom 4 Pro V2 has 3 types of active tracking, trace, profile, and spotlight. This enables you to choose how you want to track subjects. You can follow behind, or in front of a subject, along side it at different angles, or keep the camera on the subject while flying anywhere. Now you have more control than ever on your video.

Store Policies

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide you with an excellence customer experience. We will do everything within our capacity to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. By purchasing products or services provided by Ghostysky Shop, you are agreeing to our store policy.


1. CONTACTING US


Our business hours are Monday through Friday, except holidays, 09:00 to 18:00. Preferred form of communication is presential in our offices or by email for record keeping purposes. We typically respond to emails within 24 hours during business hours. If you have an urgent question, however, please feel free to text or call us at (+351) 213 880 301.


2.TURNAROUND


It is our goal to place the items you ordered in your hands as soon as possible. For in-stock items, orders placed by 18:00 will be shipped within 3 business days, and orders placed after 18:00 will be shipped within 3 business days. For items that are not in-stock, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date by email within 5 business days, at which time you will have the opportunity to accept the shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund.


3.PRE-ORDERING


Pre-orders require a non-refundable deposit of 40% on the total purchase price. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.


In order to place a pre-order, please follow the instructions for creating custom packages.


4.SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Ghostysky Shop ships to all Portugal and Spain Regions.


International Shipping Policy - We ship worldwide! We work with various companies to ensure that you get the best rate possible for your international shipping needs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 


Damaged Box/Product or Incorrect item: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), email Ghostysky Shop no later than 24 hours after receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and email us immediately.


Refusal of Delivery - If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Ghostysky Shop. Once we receive the package back at our distribution center, we will issue a refund for the purchase price less the actual cost of shipping the package to you and restocking fee of no more than 20% of the purchase price. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.


Incorrect Shipping Address Provided - Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package back at our distribution center, we will issue a refund for the purchase price less the actual cost of shipping the package to you and restocking fee of no more than 20% of the purchase price. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. This does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond Ghostysky Shop's control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts or disasters. Ghostysky Shop reserves the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer. Ghostysky Shop reserves the right to disqualify any order found to be disrupting the operation of the offer or website.


5.PRIVACY & SECURITY


Ghostysky Shop takes precautions to protect our users' information. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information such as credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encryption software. Unfortunately, we cannot fully guarantee secure data transmission over the Internet because of its nature. We have industry-standard security measures in place to protect against the loss or misuse of your personal information, though again, we cannot fully guarantee against such loss or misuse.


We strongly urge you to protect any password you may have for our Website and not share it with anyone. You should always log out of our Website when you are done using it, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.


Links - This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. 6.CATALOG & NEWLETTER


If a user wishes to subscribe to our catalog, newsletter, etc., we ask for contact information such as name, street address and email address to provide these communications. Because we respect our users' privacy, you can opt-out of these communications by simply replying "unsubscribe" to our newsletters or promotional emails.


On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send you an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though you can deactivate your account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.


Refund Policy

7.RETURNS / REFUNDS


The goal of our return/refund policy is to provide you with the best product discounts and services. To this end, we have a reasonable return policy while avoiding returns on merchandises that cannot be resold.


Unless otherwise stated, products in unopened boxes or that remain in factory packaging can be returned with no questions asked no later than 7 calendar days after receipt of your shipment for a full refund. Products in opened boxes or removed from their factory packaging, used products, and batteries cannot be returned.


For product defects, we should be contacted for ensure the correct communication and communication with the manufacturer. 


The returned merchandise must be accompanied by the following: A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, the packing slip included in your order/invoice, and the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.


All returns must be shipped or delivered in our offices within 3 business days after a RMA number is issued by Ghostysky. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number, no exceptions. Please contact Ghostysky Shop by email to obtain a RMA number.


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

8.CANCELATION/RETURN


You have the right to cancel your order and return a product for any reason since the product has not been ordered to manufacturer or shipped. To exercise your right, you need provide us with a clear expression of your intent to cancel your order by mail to Ghostysky info@ghostysky.eu. It's not possible to cancel and return a product as since as it has been shipped or delivered.


Once you notify us of your intent to cancel, Ghostysky will notify the cancelation notification by mail to you. 


9.EXCHANGE


Ghostysky does not allow exchange products ordered or delivered.


10.RENTAL AGREEMENT


By renting  equipment from Ghostysky, Renter signifies that he or she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Rental Agreement (“Agreement”).


10.1.Definitions


The following definitions shall apply to this Agreement:


  1. “Ghostysky” means Ghostysky company and its employees/agents.
  2. "Drone” means the drone that has been rented by Renter from Ghostysky including battery, camera, remote control and propellers.
  3. “Equipment” means the Equipment other than Drones that has been rented or purchased by Renter from Ghostysky including but not limited to controllers, SD cards, cameras, batteries, goggles, and video products.
  4. “Rental Period” means the period of time that the Renter has been authorized by Ghostysky to use the Drone.
  5. “Renter” means the person that signs or authorizes this Agreement by renting equipment from Ghostysky.


10.2.Age and Eligibility:


  1. By entering this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older, and that you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any rental Agreement entered in by anyone under 18 is unauthorized and in violation of these Terms of Service.


10.3.Renter's Responsibilities:


  1. Renter will return Drones and Equipment with at least an 80% battery charge.  If a Drone or Equipment is returned with less than 80% battery charge, the Renter authorizes Ghostysky to charge an additional 25% fee to Renter's overall rental cost.
  2. Renter will not: (a) allow any other person to operate the Drone; (b) operate the Drone or Equipment in violation of any laws or for an illegal purpose; and (c) operate Drone or Equipment in a negligent manner or in a manner inconsistent with equipment instructions.
  3. Before using a Drone or any Equipment, Renter agrees to read and become familiar with all Equipment instructions and to operate the Drone and Equipment only as directed in instructions.
  4. Renter agrees to return all rented Drones and Equipment in the same condition and packaging method as it was initially received by the Renter, minus normal wear and tear.
    • Renter shall be responsible for missing packaging and Drone or Equipment damage or loss, including damage or loss  incurred due to Renter’s improper packaging and or handling of Drone or Equipment.
  5. Once Renter signs the agreement, responsibility of any rented Drones or Equipment shall be considered transferred to and remain with Renter until Renter returns the Drones and Equipment to Ghostysky.  During this time, Renter shall be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft of Equipment.


10.4.Renter Authorizes Ghostysky to Charge Renter's Credit Card Charge for Damaged or Lost Equipment:


  1. Authorized Credit Card Charge:
    • By renting a Drone and Equipment from Ghostysky, Renter authorizes Ghostysky to charge up to 1.5x the original retail value of Drone and Equipment if the Renter damages or fails to return the Drone or Equipment.  
  2. Inspection of Drone and Equipment and Damage Claims:
    • Ghostysky shall inspect rented Drone and Equipment for damage upon return. Ghostysky agrees to make any damage claims within 72 hours of Renter's return of Drone and Equipment.  If a damage claim is made the damage amount will be assessed, and after assessment/repair has been performed, the full replacement or repair will be charged to Renter's credit card.


10.5.Damaged Drone and Equipment


  1. If the Renter receives faulty or damaged Drones or Equipment from Ghostysky, Renter must notify Ghostysky within one (1) hour of checking out the faulty/damaged Drone or Equipment. If no notification is received by Ghostysky within one (1) hour of checkout, it shall be assumed the Drone and Equipment was fully functional and in good working order when it was checked out to the Renter.
  2. If Renter timely notifies Ghostysky that it received faulty or damaged drones or Equipment, Ghostysky will either b) exchange out the faulty equipment with working equipment, or b) issue a refund to Renter.
  3. Renter will be charged for any damages sustained by the Drone and Equipment while in the custody of Renter, the total cost of which shall not exceed the original retail cost of the damaged Drone or Equipment. 
  4. Renter shall not alter or attempt to repair Drone or Equipment.  Doing so will make Renter liable for any damages sustained to Drone or Equipment through attempted repair or for any liabilities or injuries that may later arise with the Drone or Equipment. This provision shall survive termination of this agreement. 


10.6.Rental Period and Late Fees:


  1. Single Day Rental Period:  
    • A single day rental period runs from 12:00 the day of the rental to 12:00 the following day. 
  2. Late Fees:
    • Renter may incur a charge equal to a full-day rental rate for any Drone or Equipment returned after 12:00 on the due date.  Renter will incur a charge of 1.5x the full-day rental rate for every day late thereafter.
    • If the Renter anticipates that he will not be able to return the drone on time, the Renter may contact Ghostysky and, with Ghostysky’s consent, purchase extra rental time so long as contact is made at least two hours before the drone is supposed to be returned.  Ghostysky is under no obligation to consent to allowing the Renter to purchase extra rental time.  
    • A Renter who is more than five (5) days late without prior arrangement from Ghostysky will be charged for the full replacement cost of the rented Drone and Equipment.  The five (5) days of late fee charges shall be credited towards the full replacement charge.  


10.7.Ghostysky Not Responsible for Renter's Personal Property:


  1. Ghostysky is not responsible for any SD cards, video equipment, or other personal property left behind by Renter.


10.8.Cancellation and Refunds:


  1. Reservation Cancellation:
    • Renter shall be entitled to a full refund if Ghostysky receives an email requesting cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled Rental Period.  The Drone and Equipment rental rate is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled Rental Period.  
  2. Refunds are otherwise given solely at Ghostysky’s discretion.


10.9.Familiarity with and Obedience to Laws:


  1. RENTER WILL NOT USE DRONES OR EQUIPMENT FOR ANY ILLEGAL PURPOSE. Renter is responsible for obeying any and all local, state and federal laws regarding the usage and operation of Drones and Equipment. Renter accepts full responsibly for any criminal liability, and/or civil damages caused by Renter's use or misuse of Drones or Equipment. Renter indemnifies Ghostysy for any liability caused by Renters use or misuse of Drones or Equipment 


10.10.Indemnity and Release of Liability:


  1. Regardless of Ghostysky's insurance coverage, Renter shall fully indemnify Ghostysky for any loss, damage, and legal actions, including reasonable attorneys fees that Ghostysyky may incur due to Renter’s negligent use or willful misuse of Drone or Equipment during the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to, damage to the Drone or Equipment, damage to the property of others, injury to Renter, and injury to others.
  2. Renter releases Ghostysky for liability to any damage to person or property, or invasion of privacy, whether unintentional or intentional, or any other mishap that may occur through Renter's use of Ghostysky Drones and Equipment.
  3. Renter accepts full responsibility for damage or injury to people or property including that which may be sustained by Renter.
  4. These indemnity and release of liability provisions shall survive the termination of this Agreement.


10.11.Conflict of Information:


  1. If there is a conflict between this rental Agreement and any other communication or information given by Ghostysky to Renter, this Agreement shall take precedence.


10.12.Choice of Law:


  1. This Agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of the Portugal and the parties here to consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of Portugal in the event of any dispute with respect to this agreement.


10.13.Assignment:


  1. Without Ghsotysky's express written permission, Renter may not assign or transfer Renter's rights under this Agreement, or delegate the performance of any of Renter's duties under this Agreement.


10.14.Entire Agreement:


  1. These terms represent the entire agreement between Ghostysky and its Renters. No other agreement, statement, or promise made on or before the effective date of this agreement will be binding on the parties.
  2. If any of the provisions in this agreement are in conflict with the law, the conflicting portions of the Agreement will be severed and the remainder of the Agreement will remain in tact.  


10.15.Warranties and Disclaimers:


  1. Ghostysky provides services with a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. However there are limitations to the products and services. Other than that expressly outlined in the terms of this Agreement, Ghostysky does not make any specific promises about the products or services. Ghostysky makes no warranties such as implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. YOU CHOOSE TO USE Ghostysky’S SITE, STORE, AND SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.



LIABILITY AND WARRANTY


GHOSTYSKY SHOP, ITS OWNER(S), AND EMPLOYEE(S) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY, FOR DAMAGE TO OTHER EQUIPMENT DUE TO A FAILURE OF PRODUCT COMPONENTS INCLUDING, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, HARDWARE, FIRMWARE, AND SOFTWARE. GHOSTYSKY SHOP, ITS OWNER(S), AND EMPLOYEE(S) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR MISUSE OF PRODUCTS, INJURY TO PERSONS, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTIES FROM USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT PURCHASED FROM GHOSTYSKY SHOP. GHOSTYSKY SHOP DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER AND DEFERS TO THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES/GUARANTEES AS GHOSTYSKY SHOP IS NOT THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD, UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE.
